Hello there! I’m Pedro, a curious soul with a knack for seeing the positive everywhere. My business & professional journey has been anything but linear and it taught me how our existing strengths are our greatest assets.
My career has been in finance and focused on project management, but I’m fascinated with the human mind. I studied psychology and hypnotherapy where I learned how our own narratives shape our realities, so it’s all about mindset. Something I now explore further in my coaching practice.
It’s the individual stories of triumph, resilience, and sometimes redirection, that I find most compelling. Like the time I helped a client pivot their business to not chase volume, but value – revealing not just a new business model, but a newfound belief in themselves. You could be next.
What is Coaching?
Coaches and mentors help break down objectives in smaller manageable goals and keep you accountable. But they also provide support to overcome obstacles by giving prompt feedback on actions and thoughts. They will guide you to find the solution, rather than teach you what the answer is.
